The controller of your personal data for the purposes of email correspondence is TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Podgórska 25A, 31-035 Kraków, with whom you maintain contact in this way. In some cases, the sender of the message acts as the Processor. This should be apparent from the content of the correspondence and/or the type of matter being handled. The controller of your personal data is then the Entity on whose behalf the message was sent. When contacting TAURON DYSTRYBUCJA S.A. by email, you provide personal data contained in the content of your correspondence. We will process such data for the purposes, retention periods and under legal bases set out below:- a. Pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR [pursue of the Controller's legitimate interest] in order to ensure the proper handling of the correspondence exchanged with you - for the period of time necessary for this purpose;
- b. Pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR [pursue of the Controller's legitimate interest] for the purpose of potential establishing, pursuing or defending against claims - for the duration of the proceedings and the period of limitation of potential claims.

- THE RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
If you believe that we infringe any legal regulations by processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. - DATA PROCESSING OUTSIDE THE EEA
Your personal data may be transferred outside the EEA.
